EECL’s Advanced Source-Measure Unit (SMU) is a 4-channel SMU, with ±10V outputs, capable of 3A per channel. With ±20V input sense channels, down to 10pA current sense precision, fast-sampling modes, and pulsed modes with adjustable durations and rise/fall times, the SMU offers a one-product solution for even the most complex measurement problems in semiconductor device characterization, quantum computing, etc.
