Thermal Chamber (-70°C to 180°C), Wire Bonding, BGA Rework, Clean Room, Ansys Simulation, Lab Space, Keysight VNA, spectrum analyzers, Wire bonder and signal sources capable of measuring RF parameters up to 100 GHz.
